The reason I enjoy doing investigations in the paranormal field is because I want to find out the answers to.....walking into a room and you dont't feel alone. Sometimes when you're walking down a corridor, you can feel a set of eyes watching you. Why all of a sudden you feel a cold breeze out of no where, and ultimately, is there life after death.
My favourite vigil has to be mirror scrying.

Hayley:
I've always been intrigued by anything dark and a little bit twisted. I think Most Haunted in the 90's got me hooked on the paranormal. I've been visiting notoriously haunted locations for over 20 years and considering all that I have witnessed, I still have that burning question, "Do ghosts really exist?" The ParanormalQ team are my ghost hunting family and together I hope that we can find out the answers!
My favourite location is Gressenhall Workhouse.

Kate:
For me, I enjoy partaking in investigations and exploring the paranormal as a way to find out what I have always questioned; life after death. Entities that aren't of this world and whether we can get answers about our history and future from our ancestors themselves. Whilst I am keen to get evidence and find as many ways as possible to interact and understand the paranormal, I also try to debunk what I can, so when I have something I truly can't explain, I know it's a glimpse into what else is around us.

Liberty:
I've always been fascinated with the idea of life after death from a young age, having experienced things throughout my life. I thoroughly enjoy looking into this question using different techniques, specifically using divination rods and crystals. My favourite location would have to be Gressenhall Workhouse due to its diverse history and connections with paranormal activity.

Mark:
Having always been fascinated by the paranormal, it was inevitable that I would be part of a team investigating the existence of spirits. Driven to find new ways to document proof that there may be an afterlife, I enjoy planning experiments and vigils taylored to each individual venue that we visit. I think all the venues we visit have such different stories to tell and I have seen activity in all the places we have previously visited, so to pick a favourite is too hard. What I would say is that I have a story from every single place of an experience of some sort or another. Just visiting these historic properties with the anticipation of what we might uncover is my favourite part of the job and I get just as excited for every location we do.

Noeleen:
I have always been intrigued by the paranormal. A few years ago, I took the plunge and went to my first investigation at Gressenhall Workhouse and I haven't looked back ever since, now being a part of the ParanormalQ team. Gressenhall is still my firm favourite, as it is usually very active and I have had repeat spirits visit. After an investigation, I like to spend time researching the site to either prove or disprove the evidence that we have gathered, hence being a sceptic until proven otherwise.... which is very often the case.

Terri:
I've always liked paranormal investigations because they offer a unique blend of mystery, history and the unknown. There's an excitement in stepping into forgotten places with your team, armed with equipment and an open mind, hoping to capture that piece of footage that might show evidence of another realm. So far my favourite location we do is RAF Sculthorpe, it's such an amazing place and well worth a visit.
